Berry patch maintenance continued this week, focusing on weeding and mulching.
We also rolled out irrigation, and we can finally start calling it a proper setup!
It’s been a big week on the farm with silage making in full swing.
Two mowers were running, along with tedding and raking, while the baling and wrapping were handled by a local contractor—great teamwork all around.
Meanwhile, our greenhouse is filling up with seedlings, and we’re hopeful planting will begin soon.
We also hosted our second self-sufficiency workshop module this week, where we dived into sowing techniques and growing your own seedlings.
