Our Open Garden was a great success! Despite the cooler weather, the barn provided a cozy retreat, and many visitors enjoyed a stroll through the patch, taking in the summer abundance.
We kept busy serving lunches, cake, and coffee, and our little team of five was on our feet all day, making sure everyone was looked after.
A big thank you to all who came out to support us and see what we’ve been growing!
The catering didn’t stop there—on Tuesday, Terang Probus visited for a light lunch, followed by coffee, cake, and another tour of the garden. It was a pleasure to host them and share our space.
With hot weather and strong winds rolling in, we managed to squeeze in some essential garden tasks, including weeding and cleaning all the garlic—it’s now ready to sell and set aside for planting when the time comes.
